Please read the following entry guidelines before submitting your registration form.
This exhibition is open to all full- and part-time Texas Tech University faculty.
Any area of inquiry is eligible, regardless of whether you have completed/published your scholarly work. We only ask that your entry fall within the timeframe of May 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013.
Eligible items for submitted words include:
- Journal articles
- Funded grants
- Musical scores
- Software programs
- Scientific discoveries
- Other original works

There is no fee to enter.
A selection of works may be reproduced for publicity purposes. TTU Libraries reserves the right to photograph and reproduce entry material.

How to Enter Your Work in FACE
Complete all portions of the electronic form. For those entering more than one item, click the submit entry button before filling out another submission. You may then reset entry information in order to submit additional submissions. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Libraries' FACE Committee for each entry. If you do not receive confirmation within five business days, please contact us at email@example.com. (Remember to fill out a separate form for each entry.)
Summary of Your Work
The electronic submission form includes an area for an abstract describing the essence of your submission. This will be used in the e-exhibit to explain your entry.
Submission of Electronic Items
The e-exhibit will have the capability to showcase scholarly work in the multimedia setting. If you have an electronic copy of your entry, please upload and submit it with your entry form or e-mail it to us. If you do not have an electronic copy of your entry, a FACE Committee representative will work closely with you to scan, photograph or otherwise duplicate your entry.
